If you are a studio or business owner and would like to educate your patrons about exercise physiology, injury and disease prevention, anatomy and the applications of yoga please contact me to discuss options.


Meditation/Pranayama Sessions:

 
Breathing, guided meditation and relaxation techniques.  
This type of session can be added onto a yoga session or can be performed separately.

***Guided Meditation classes will be offered at The Reh-Fit Centre  beginning on Mondays September 20th-November 8th, 2010 from Noon - 1:00pm.   


Yoga Classes:

    • Private (One-on-One) or Semi-private Instruction - for people wanting to deepen their practice or be introduced to the principals of yoga.  Available in a hot or regular temperature studio.
